Service Description

Choose from Beginner or Intermediate SWIM: Learn how to swim freestyle BIKE: bike skills & technique; RUN: from, technique and endurance; RACING: practice transitions, learn about nutrition, bike maintenance, race day technique. ****Small groups allow for custom 45 min sessions All Youth Triathlon Training group programs include 2 coach-assisted races of the groups choosing, 1 Open water group swim clinic, and 1 Saturday practice Brick
